Because codes and requirements may vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction Diversified Drafting & Design cannot warrant compliance with your local building codes.  All plans can be adapted to the local building codes and requirements at an additional cost.  It is the responsibility of the purchaser and/or builder to ensure that the structure is built in strict compliance with applicable Building Codes and regulations.  Construction plans may not be returned for credit and/or refund under any circumstances.

Our Custom Plans are designed for the customer building their own home. These detailed drawings include more information, more revisions and are useful in obtaining Sub-trade  and Supplier prices as well as your Building Permit and for the construction of the home.
